At Prime WaveLLC, we work to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible. This policy explains our shipping process, timeframes, and conditions.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are 7 to 15 business days for standard shipping and 3 to 7 business days for express shipping, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Any applicable costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. Delays

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses, and additional charges may apply for reshipment.

Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, please contact us at PrimeWaveLLC1@outlook.com and we will investigate the matter with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
